I believe that communication is at the heart of every good working relationship. Taking the time to truly understand the needs of your client has a massive effect on the quality of the final product you deliver. Over the course of my career I have had the pleasure of working with people at varying levels of management in a variety of departments, from executive teams, to accountants, human resources, payroll technicians and billing specialists. In every case, my function was to help them meet a need, find information, learn a software, design a process, improve a process or simply get some backlogged work done!
