About Cole Gray

A large part of my time is spent using the written word to help users understand software and hardware. I create, proof, and edit user’s guides, FAQs, knowledge base articles, and other technical documentation for a wide variety of target audiences, from the home user to seasoned systems administrators and programmers. Academically, I am working towards my Bachelor’s degree and have an associate’s degree from Harry S Truman College with a certificate in management and marketing. I am also CompTIA Network+ certified.
