About Kevin Bates

I am an experienced software tester specializing in QA and Usability Testing, customer UAT and Technical Writing. From 2012 - 2016 I was employed as a business validation test manager, writing test scripts, creating test data, recruiting test participants, facilitating test execution, analyzing feedback, tracking issue resolution and reporting results to stakeholders. The scale of my projects ranged from small system enhancements with internal users to large-scale rollouts with external customers like Shell and Conoco Phillips.
