I have nearly 20 years of legal and business experience and both doctoral and post-doctoral degrees in law. I am an expert at drafting, reviewing, and modifying contracts and virtually any other business and corporate legal documents. I am also an expert in the law of Corporations, Employment law, and Real Estate law. I also have many years of experience in estate planning, drafting living trusts, and wills.
